Human Resources Executive

Lapidary Software & Design is growing, and we're on the lookout for someone who can build and run our people function the right way.

We're a design agency that brings creative ideas to life! Digital art, CGI, 2D/3D animation, modeling, rendering, you name it. Now we're looking for someone who knows how to find great talent, not just wait for it to apply.

What you'll be doing:

Owning recruitment end-to-end. Headhunting and sourcing candidates via LinkedIn DMs, aligning and conducting interviews, managing onboarding and offboarding, and keeping HR records and sheets clean and up to date.

What we're looking for:

• 1 to 2 years of HR experience, with prior experience at a design agency (compulsory)
• Proven ability to headhunt via LinkedIn outreach, not just post job ads and wait
• Comfortable independently scheduling, screening, and conducting interviews
• Strong with spreadsheets and maintaining organized records
• Solid understanding of onboarding and offboarding processes
• Relevant bachelor's degree is required

Hours: Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 5 PM
