Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio with experience in various design applications and a keen eye for detail. As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that meets the needs of our clients and enhances brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative design solutions for a variety of projects including brand identity, marketing materials, and digital content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that align with client requirements and objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects and platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance team output.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates a range of design skills and creativity.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of visual design principles including typography, layout, and color theory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present design concepts and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 3–5 years of professional design experience.
- Ability to work on-site on a full-time basis.
- Demonstrated ability to produce engaging, high-quality design work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with UX/UI design and familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is advantageous.
