- Knowledge of ERP System such as Oracle EBS, SAP & MS Dynamics
- Master Data Management of Suppliers, Customers, Inventory Items, Price List and Modifiers etc
- Provide day to day functional support for Oracle EBS R12 Application
- Basic knowledge in Order-to-Cash cycle, Procure to Pay, Shipping Execution, Oracle Pricing, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
- Good Understanding of MS Office
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related issues and ensure smooth business operations.
- Support process improvements, documentation, and reporting activities to enhance ERP efficiency and data accuracy.
