As a Human Resource Intern at Avanceon, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources while working closely with our HR team. This is a three month internship program.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Contribute to onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
- Help maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Support HR team in administering employee benefits and performance management programs.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Educational Qualifications: BBA/BS/MBA
- Experience: Fresh Graduates from renowned educational institute
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive
