Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve client goals.
- Create and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to maximize impact.
- Coordinate closely with design and paid media teams to ensure creative and campaign strategies are aligned.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships encouraged).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with international clients is an advantage but not required.
- Open-minded, eager to learn, and grow with the team.
- Problem-solving, communication, flexibility, creativity, ownership, accountability.
- Flexible work schedule, bi-monthly pay, and USD-pegged salary.
