Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead BlinkSwag’s

digital growth initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and generate high-quality leads across

global markets. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution

across performance marketing, SEO, content, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business

objectives

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Lead SEO initiatives to increase organic visibility and website traffic
  • Oversee website content, blogs, case studies, and marketing materials
  • Manage social media presence and engagement across platforms
  • Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages
  • Execute email marketing and marketing automation campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to support growth initiatives
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging digital opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA

preferred)

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience (B2B SaaS, tech, or e-commerce preferred)
  • Proven success in lead generation and campaign management
  • Experience targeting international markets is highly desirable

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in performance marketing (PPC, paid social)
  • Solid SEO knowledge and experience with tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot)
  • Excellent content planning and communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
