Our client Protaxhelp Pvt Ltd is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager in Islamabad

ProTaxHelp Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited seeks a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance digital presence, engage target audiences, generate quality leads, and support business growth. This role requires a well-rounded digital marketing professional with hands-on experience across multiple digital marketing areas including social media, content creation, search engine optimization, paid advertising, email marketing, analytics, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate independently manages the digital marketing cycle from strategy and planning through execution, optimization, analytics, and reporting. This position does not involve managing a team but requires close coordination with design, content, sales, and business development teams to successfully execute campaigns aimed at achieving measurable results and improving the companys online visibility and customer acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with the companys business objectives.
• Manage and grow ProTaxHelps presence on key social media platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct thorough market, competitor, audience, and keyword research to guide digital marketing initiatives.
• Create and execute SEO and SEM strategies to boost organic traffic and enhance online visibility.
• Plan and coordinate digital content creation, promotional campaigns, and lead generation activities.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and other digital communication platforms to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyze website, social media, advertising, and overall campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Track digital marketing key performance indicators including reach, engagement, traffic, click-through rates, conversion rates, cost metrics, and return on investment.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns to improve effectiveness and maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams including design, content, sales, and business development to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Stay updated on latest digital marketing trends, platform changes, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to keep strategies relevant and effective.
• Prepare detailed regular performance reports and data-driven insights to inform management decisions.
• Manage assigned marketing budgets responsibly to maximize resource utilization and campaign impact.
