The specialist will focus on growing the companys online presence, generating high-quality leads, and enhancing overall marketing performance through innovative campaigns and data-driven optimizations. This role requires expertise in social media management, content creation, SEO techniques including AEO and AnEO, website design and performance engineering, as well as lead generation and conversion tactics.

The ideal candidate takes ownership of digital marketing initiatives and drives business growth by analyzing metrics, optimizing campaigns, and delivering actionable reports. Though not managing a team, the specialist collaborates cross-functionally with content creators, designers, and marketing stakeholders to implement strategies that boost brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize SEO, AEO, and AnEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings and drive targeted traffic to digital platforms.
• Oversee website design, development, user interface, and user experience improvements to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor website performance and apply engineering solutions aimed at improving loading times, functionality, and user engagement.
• Develop lead generation and conversion strategies using digital channels to attract and nurture potential customers effectively.
• Analyze digital marketing data and campaign results, producing detailed reports to inform ongoing strategy adjustments and improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate integrated marketing efforts and promote brand awareness.
