Digitalization & Cybersecurity Intern

We are seeking a motivated and curious Digitalization & Cybersecurity Intern to support our business development and presales activities. This role is ideal for individuals interested in emerging technologies, industrial digitalization, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, AI, and Industry 4.0 trends.

The selected candidate will work closely with the digitalization and cybersecurity team to conduct market research, identify business opportunities, support proposal development, and contribute to customer engagement activities.

This is primarily a business-oriented role requiring strong research, communication, and analytical skills rather than deep technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Industry Intelligence

• Research market trends related to digitalization, industrial automation, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, AI/ML, and Industry 4.0.
• Identify potential customers, target industries, and emerging business opportunities.
• Analyze competitor offerings, strengths, and market positioning.
• Monitor industry developments, regulations, and technology adoption trends.
• Prepare concise research reports and business insights for management.
  
  

Presales Support

• Assist in developing presentations, proposals, and solution briefs.
• Support preparation for customer meetings and business discussions.
• Conduct preliminary customer and industry profiling.
• Gather information on customer challenges and business requirements.
• Help develop value propositions and business cases for digital and cybersecurity solutions.
  
  

Business Development Support

• Build and maintain databases of prospects and market opportunities.
• Identify potential leads through online research and industry platforms.
• Support outreach campaigns and awareness initiatives.
• Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, and customer engagement activities.
  
  

Communication & Documentation

• Prepare professional reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.
• Create business-focused content related to cybersecurity and digital transformation.
• Coordinate with technical teams to gather information required for customer-facing documents.
• Present research findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  
  

Basic Knowledge Preferred

• Fundamentals of cybersecurity concepts.
• Basic understanding of digital transformation and Industry 4.0.
• Awareness of cloud computing, AI, data analytics, and automation technologies.
• Understanding of industrial sectors such as manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, or infrastructure is a plus.
