One of our clients is looking for an experienced Director – People & Culture to lead and shape the organization's people strategy across multiple locations in Pakistan.
Key Requirements:
• 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Experience managing HR for organizations with 500+ employees
• Strong expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations
• Proven experience in culture transformation, leadership development, workforce planning, and change management
• Preferred background in IT, BPO, Tech Services, or other large-scale service organizations
