AS Logistics Solution is seeking a motivated Dispatcher and Sales Agent to efficiently coordinate transportation logistics while maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a professional who excels at multitasking and communication, ensuring that delivery routes are optimized and customer needs are met promptly and effectively. The Dispatcher and Sales Agent plays a vital part in facilitating smooth logistics operations and expanding the company's clientele by providing excellent service and timely sales support.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly and manages time effectively in a dynamic environment, where multitasking is essential. This position involves close coordination with drivers and customers, requiring proficiency in route planning and customer relationship management. The role does not involve managing a team but demands high personal responsibility and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily dispatch operations by planning and optimizing delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
  • Maintain continuous communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during deliveries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, resolve concerns, and promote company services.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales activities by engaging with prospective and existing clients to support sales targets and business growth.
  • Prepare and process orders, invoices, and delivery documentation accurately to support smooth transaction flows.
  • Monitor and track shipments in real-time to provide customers with updates and ensure compliance with delivery schedules.
  • Use customer relationship management systems to document interactions, sales activities, and dispatch details for efficient workflow management.
  • Manage multiple tasks concurrently while prioritizing Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer service standards in all dispatch and sales activities.
