Job Identification
We are looking for a Dispute Specialist to be part of our Finance Team in Lahore.
What We Expect
- Preparation of Distributors and Market claims (Promos, Discounts, claims and adjustments) on timely basis, validation and processing those ensuring according to approved mechanics and Company’s policies, procedures and SOPs.
- Validate and process agreement-based claims (Preferential Fee, Market Support) of customers ensuring that the conditions for payment are met and all the documentation requirements and approvals are secured in line with Company's policies, procedures/SOPs and LCOA.
- Responsible for accurately calculating distributor premiums, including volume‑based, loyalty, and performance‑linked incentives, in accordance with approved mechanics. The role validates achievement criteria by reconciling incentive conditions with actual sales and performance data, ensuring all calculations are complete, accurate, and supported. It also manages timely accrual and settlement of distributor premiums in the system, while ensuring full compliance with approved pricing structures, incentive policies, and internal control requirements.
- Preparation of customer-wise breakup of amounts appearing in Balance Sheet items related to Commercial [DGRs, Security Deposits, AR etc.] highlighting any long outstanding or unreconciled item and taking these up for resolution with Territory Commercial Leadership Team. Submission of this information to HO Finance team for Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
- Initiate recovery process for risky/defaulting customers through liaison with Territory Commercial Team and following up for conclusion of such cases through recovery or litigation. Facilitating Legal department by providing supporting documents and information necessary to establish the claim in the court of law and initiate litigation.
- Ensure completeness of documentation related to Distributors/Other customers, as per Company's SOPs/Policies/legal requirements; submission of documents to HO document management department for archiving.
- Execute timely adjustment of inactive distributor's claims for having smooth final settlement of outgoing distributors
- Ensure timely completion of monthly closing activities, including amortization of advances, provisions for DGRs in coordination with Accounting and Channel Finance teams
- Tracking of advance payments to customers, ensuring amortization as per policy and highlighting under/non-performing customers to Territory Commercial and Channel Finance functions.
- Ensure that all required approvals are duly obtained, systematically documented, and securely archived in a structured manner, enabling prompt retrieval and seamless accessibility during internal and external audit reviews.
Qualifications
- CMA, CPA, ACCA, ACA Certificate (desirable); or equivalent
