- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Draft job postings and outreach messages
- Communicate with candidates professionally across calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Support end-to-end hiring processes for different clients and roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn recruitment and hiring processes
- Experience using Chat GPT, Gemini
- Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
- Hands-on recruitment training and mentorship
- Exposure to client handling and hiring strategy
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time recruitment role
