Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Understanding of segmentation, automation, and funnel-based marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS or B2B marketing funnels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute email campaigns for leads, prospects, and customers.
  • Build automated email workflows for lead nurturing and lifecycle journeys.
  • Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement.
  • Improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion performance.
  • Write and optimize email copy for different campaign types.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for email creatives.
  • Monitor deliverability, performance metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously test subject lines, content formats, and timing strategies.
