Email Marketing Strategist

Role Description

The Email Marketing Strategist is a full-time, remote role based in the Lahore District. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing strategy for retail brands focused on campaigns, automations, audit & analysis.

The strategist will also be responsible for developing social media strategy for the company.

The Email Marketing Strategist will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and support overall digital growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Marketing and Marketing Strategy, with experience
• Functional & technical know how of email esps.
• Educational Background in marketing/business.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and general Research to understand audiences, trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and basic analytics tools.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization techniques for email marketing.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in digital marketing or performance marketing environments is an advantage.
