Contract type: Full time
Remote
Department: Delivery
Location: Pakistan (Lahore)
We are looking for a regional leader to own and scale courier delivery growth across EMEA markets, including Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Egypt, Pakistan, Indonesia, and others.
This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of business development, operations, product, and growth. You will be responsible not only for execution, but also for defining the direction of the business — building a scalable SMB+ segment through use cases (clients with 100–5,000 deliveries per month), shaping the go-to-market strategy, and driving sustainable growth across diverse markets through partnerships.
You will lead a team of 5+ people and work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Supply, and Operations teams to unlock the next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own regional strategy & growth
- Define and execute the growth strategy for courier delivery across EMEA.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential markets, segments, and verticals (SMB / SMB+).
- Drive expansion from early-stage growth to a structured, scalable business.
- Develop and validate a value proposition for SMB clients (100–5,000 deliveries per month).
- Design scalable go-to-market models (sales-led, hybrid, partnerships).
- Own unit economics, pricing strategy, and monetization models.
- Manage and grow a team of 5+ across multiple geographies.
- Set clear goals, build accountability, and develop strong local ownership.
- Hire and scale the team as the business grows.
- Act as the key interface between Business, Product, Marketing, and Supply teams.
- Align the product roadmap with real market needs (SMB tools, integrations, supply control).
- Partner with Supply teams to ensure reliable courier availability and quality.
- Work with Marketing on user and merchant acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain clear reporting systems and performance tracking.
- Monitor key metrics: growth, retention, unit economics, service quality.
- Drive continuous improvements in processes, efficiency, and scalability.
- Translate market signals into product requirements and strategic bets.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in customer experience, pricing, and operations.
- Lead high-impact initiatives from idea → validation → rollout.
- Own a large and diverse region with real business impact
- Build a new high-margin SMB+ segment from the ground up
- Work on a product that is already strong, with massive upside potential
- Operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and product
- Have direct influence on how the business evolves globally
- 8–10 years of experience in consulting, tech, marketplaces, or high-growth environments
- Proven track record of owning and scaling business units or regions.
- Strong experience in marketplace dynamics (supply-demand balance is a plus).
- Experience working with SMB / mid-market clients.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in multi-market / emerging markets is a strong plus.
- You think in systems, not tasks.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch.
- You balance speed and structure.
- You can zoom out to strategy and dive into execution.
- You drive results while effectively aligning stakeholders.
- Help us challenge injustice by creating fair choices for millions of people across 1100+ cities in 48 countries.
- Develop your professional skills with access to mentoring, career consulting, and learning programs.
- Collaborate with teams around the world and gain international experience through our Global Talent Exchange Program.
- Engage in company-wide challenges, awards, sports activities, employee-led social impact and volunteering projects.
- Work alongside people who take initiative, speak openly, and challenge themselves to grow.
- Improve your language skills through co-financed courses and internal speaking clubs.
