About the program

Emerging Talent Fellowship is a 3-month project-based program designed to equip fresh graduates for the professional world through hands-on industry experience and structured mentorship. As an early-career development initiative, this program aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and Industry demands by engaging fellows in real business projects within a dynamic corporate environment.

Business Division (B2B) Details:-

Employment Type: This is an Internship.

Duration: The duration for this internship is 3 months.

Location: This role is based in Islamabad, Pakistan. (On-Site)

Project 1: Data Science Fellow (B2B):

The project involves providing data-driven decision-making support by building efficient data pipelines, performing in-depth analysis, and delivering impactful visualizations. It also involves working with structured, small-to-medium datasets, conducting exploratory data analysis, and developing location-based intelligence solutions to generate actionable insights.

Project goals will include:

• Develop and maintain ETL/data pipelines
• Clean, transform, and analyze data (EDA)
• Build data models for business needs
• Generate insights from small-to-medium datasets
• Create dashboards and visualizations
• Perform geospatial/location-based analysis
• Collaborating with stakeholders
• Ensure data quality and integrity

What we are looking for?

Education: Minimum Bachelor's in Business Administration, Management Science, Computer Science or Data Analytics

Work Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 6 months of experience.

Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas:

• Data analysis & statistics
• Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Geospatial tools (GIS, GeoPandas)
• SQL & databases
• Python (Pandas, NumPy, visualization libraries)
• Data Engineering (ETL, data warehousing

Project 2: Cloud Product Fellow (B2B):

This project supports the establishment of a Disaster Recovery setup for DV Cloud within the company's data centers. It will enable the incumbent to assist in planning, coordination, approvals, deployment, tracking and service replication activities during the implementation period. The position involves working closely with cloud, infrastructure, data center, product, and business teams to ensure successful DR readiness for DV Cloud services.

Project goals will include:

• Support the planning and execution of Disaster Recovery setup for DV Cloud in TP data centers
• Coordinate power, space, and data center capacity approval requirements
• Assist in preparing and tracking business case approvals for DR deployment
• Support coordination for hardware procurement, delivery, installation, and deployment
• Work with partner, customer and product teams for service replication on newly installed hardware
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and implementation progress
• Assist in documenting DR architecture, deployment activities, and operational requirements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals, technical inputs, and status updates
• Support testing, validation, and readiness activities for DR services

What we are looking for?

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline

Work Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 6 months experience. Internship experience in cloud, IT infrastructure, product development, project management or related roles will be an added advantage

Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas:

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, data centers, servers, storage, networking, and infrastructure deployment
• Familiarity with Disaster Recovery, backup, and business continuity concepts
• Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to track approvals, dependencies, timelines, and deployment activities
• Basic understanding of project management and product lifecycle activities
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn cloud product operations
• Ability to work with cross-functional technical and business teams across the implementation cycle.
