We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our ERP team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in ERP systems and business process automation. Selected candidates will receive hands-on training and practical exposure to ERP implementations, business workflows, and system support.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in ERP system implementation, configuration, and ongoing support activities
- Analyze, understand, and document business processes and user requirements
- Provide first-level support to end-users, including basic ERP troubleshooting
- Support data entry, validation, and reporting within the ERP system
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams for system enhancements and improvements
- Participate in training programs and continuous learning initiatives
- Education: MBA, BBA, ERP graduates, or ACCA students (currently pursuing)
- Strong interest in ERP systems and business process management
- Basic understanding of business operations (Finance, HR, or Supply Chain knowledge is an advantage)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to ERP tools and technologies
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation skills
