Details

Siemens is looking for an Executive Engineer to join its Smart Infrastructure division in Karachi, Pakistan. The role focuses on developing and implementing performance improvements, equipment layout plans, and process optimization strategies in industrial engineering. The position provides an opportunity to contribute to Siemens’ global vision of connecting the physical and digital worlds to create more resilient, efficient, and sustainable infrastructure systems

Responsibilities

• Plan equipment layout, workflow, and accident prevention measures according to production guidelines.
• Contribute to and ensure adherence to Industrial Engineering budgets.
• Develop and implement performance measurement and process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct inspections and analyses of manufacturing and logistics processes.
• Plan, propose, and execute improvement projects, managing targets, budgets, and personnel resources.
• Coordinate with other engineering functions, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality project outcomes.
• Manage the ramp-up of new production or testing equipment and support the product life cycle.
• Maintain detailed process documentation and train related manufacturing and maintenance personnel.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish time standards for production.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
