Facility Expansion / Site Acquisition Officer (Contract-Based)

PakWheels Pvt Ltd is expanding its Service Center network in Islamabad and is looking for a motivated and energetic Facility Expansion / Site Acquisition Officer (Contract-Based) to support the expansion team in identifying, evaluating, and developing suitable locations for new service centers. This is a contract-based role that offers hands-on exposure to site acquisition, market surveys, landlord coordination, and facility development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and surveying potential sites for new service centers across Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
• Conduct market research and field visits to collect location and competitor data.
• Maintain and update the database of potential sites, landlords, and real estate agents.
• Coordinate with landlords, property dealers, and contractors for site-related information.
• Assist in documentation related to lease agreements, approvals, and project records.
• Monitor site development progress and assist in coordination with contractors and vendors.
  
  

Requirements

• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
• Fresh Intermediate pass-outs or graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in real estate, facility management, retail expansion, or project coordination.
• Basic knowledge of Islamabad's commercial areas and road network will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within Islamabad/Rawalpindi for site visits and surveys.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
