Job Overview

The Finance Executive will play a key role in supporting the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, managing financial transactions, and assisting with reporting and compliance activities.

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and highly organized individual who demonstrates strong attention to detail, financial discipline, and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day -to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
• Record, review, and reconcile financial transactions in accounting systems.
• Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring proper categorization and reporting.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and management reports as required.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking activities.
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities.
• Review financial records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies and clarify financial information.
• Respond to routine finance -related queries from employees and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Regularly review financial data for errors and inconsistencies and report findings to management.
• Assist in payroll support activities, reimbursements, and financial documentation when required.
• Take ownership of ad hoc finance projects and assignments as delegated by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Financial Operations.
• Experience working in a software house, technology company, SaaS business, or corporate environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial record management.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on diverse finance -related responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem -solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
