The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end finance function, including financial planning, reporting, compliance, and business partnering. The role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

- Lead the overall finance function including accounting, reporting, treasury, and taxation
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and internal controls
- Partner with business leaders to support decision-making and profitability improvement
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
- Oversee statutory audits and regulatory requirements
- Develop financial models to support business expansion and new market entry
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of financial management, compliance, and business operations
- Exposure with international financial institutions is preferred.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a growing organization
- Experience working with senior leadership and stakeholders
- High integrity, ownership mindset, and attention to detail
