Our client KH Group is looking for a Finance Manager - Financial Reporting & Compliance in Karachi
KH Group is seeking an experienced Manager for Accounts & Finance to oversee the organization's financial activities with a primary focus on accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will utilize strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and financial analysis to support key business decisions. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance, tax and audit processes, and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets. The Manager will be responsible for cash flow management, ensuring the company’s financial health and stability, while reporting directly to senior leadership.
In addition to leading financial functions, the Manager will supervise a team of three finance professionals. This role includes team leadership Responsibilities
such as training, performance monitoring, and task delegation to ensure timely and efficient financial operations. The Manager will also be involved in strategic initiatives like financial modelling and planning to optimize company fiscal performance. Strong expertise in Excel and financial modeling software will support the development of insightful financial forecasts and budgets that align with company goals and regulatory requirements.

- Lead the preparation and review of accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Develop annual budgets and forecasts that align with organizational objectives and provide actionable insights for cost management and revenue growth.
- Coordinate and oversee regulatory compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to tax laws, audit requirements, and financial regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain balanced cash flow and vendor relationships.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls to protect company assets and reduce financial risks.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements to enhance profitability.
- Prepare comprehensive financial models to support business decisions, investment strategies, and operational planning.
- Conduct tax planning and ensure timely filing of tax returns in compliance with relevant legislation.
- Supervise and lead a team of three finance staff by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering professional development.
- Train finance personnel on best practices in financial management, reporting standards, and use of financial software tools.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide support for cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of financial transactions, purchases, and sales to support audit processes and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Implement improvements to financial systems and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
