Production Officer Non-Derms

You will support and improve production at our Pakistan manufacturing site. You will work closely with operators, maintenance, quality and contractors to keep equipment running safely and reliably. You will solve technical problems, coach colleagues, and help improve processes. We value hands-on problem solvers who communicate clearly, act with care, and want to grow their technical skills. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to meet safety, quality, output targets and OEEs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and coordinate timely repairs with maintenance and contractors.
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records, including downtime, changeovers and shift handovers.
• Work with quality and safety teams to maintain Good Manufacturing Practice and site EHS standards.
• Supervise, coach and support technicians or operators to maintain consistent shift performance.
• Ensure EHS standards compliance by conducting EHS L1 audit; record observations, prepare CAPA and monitor timely closures.
• Ensure LOTO application in the area of responsibility.
• Support in investigations into incidents and ensure root cause is identified
• Handling of deviation and adherence to CAPA’s
• Support continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  
  

Education, Experience And Skills

• Pharm -D is required for this role.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment.
• Practical knowledge of production equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical documents and maintain accurate operational records.
• Experience operating coating, filling or packing equipment and Liquid Otics manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SAP or other production record systems and strong Excel skills.
• Experience supervising small teams or coaching technicians.
• Understanding of risk assessment and safety hazard controls in Production.
• Good verbal communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
