About The Role
Milele Prime, a CFD brokerage, is hiring an Operations & Finance Associate to support the build-out and day-to-day running of our brokerage infrastructure. This is a hands-on role spanning market research, liquidity provider (LP) and payment service provider (PSP) coordination, and finance/accounts setup. You'll work closely with leadership during a key growth phase, so we're looking for someone who learns fast and executes well.
Key Responsibilities
Milele Prime, a CFD brokerage, is hiring an Operations & Finance Associate to support the build-out and day-to-day running of our brokerage infrastructure. This is a hands-on role spanning market research, liquidity provider (LP) and payment service provider (PSP) coordination, and finance/accounts setup. You'll work closely with leadership during a key growth phase, so we're looking for someone who learns fast and executes well.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on the CFD/forex brokerage landscape, competitors, and vendor options
- Support evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing management of Liquidity Providers (LPs)
- Assist with Payment Service Provider (PSP) selection, onboarding, and integration
- Support finance and accounts setup, including reconciliation and reporting [adjust to your actual scope]
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects moving
- Prepare reports and documentation to support operational and strategic decisions
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; Accounting & Finance background strongly preferred
- 0–2 years of experience, recent graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Quick learner who can pick up new domains independently
- Strong execution and follow-through
- Familiarity with brokerage operations, trading platforms, or fintech
- Experience working with vendors or financial partners
