About us

Unisol Logistics is a US freight brokerage and dispatch company. We move freight for owner-operators and small carriers — the operators who keep American supply chains running and are usually last in line for good tools. We're rebuilding the operation around centralized carrier data, modern telephony, and automation that removes steps instead of adding them.

The role

You'll run the brokerage floor day to day: the reps, the numbers, and the decisions that happen between a load posting and a truck under it. This is a hands-on management seat, not an oversight one. You'll be on the floor during US shift hours, in the middle of the coverage problems as they happen.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of dispatch and brokerage reps — daily targets, coaching, call quality, escalations
• Own floor margin: monitor rates booked against target, intervene on deals that are drifting
• Set daily priorities across the load board — which freight gets worked first and by whom
• Handle the hard carrier and customer conversations your reps escalate: re-rates, fall-offs, service failures
• Build and hold the floor's reporting rhythm — what gets checked daily, weekly, and what triggers action
• Work with leadership on process and tooling as we rebuild the dispatch stack

What we're looking for

• Direct experience in US freight brokerage — this role is not learnable on the job
• Experience managing a team in a brokerage, dispatch, or call-floor environment
• Working knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop, or equivalent) and at least one TMS
• Comfort with margin math and the judgment to know when to hold a rate and when to move
• Ability to commit to US shift hours on-site in Lahore

Compensation

PKR 50,000 - 150,000 per month, plus a performance component tied to floor margin. Base salary is guaranteed; the margin share is additional.
