Fly Jinnah Hiring – Sales and Customer Services Agent

Fly Jinnah is hiring for a Sales and Customer Services role based at its sales shop, ideal for a customer-focused professional who can drive ticket sales while delivering excellent service across every customer touchpoint.

Job Purpose: Efficiently promotes and executes the day-to-day Fly Jinnah sales and customer service activities of the corresponding sales shop to achieve set targets and objectives. Properly handles and directs customers’ inquiries and complaints through the right channel to enhance the customer experience and ensure satisfaction.

Key Result Responsibilities

• Promotes Fly Jinnah sales and customer activities as guided by the Supervisor/Manager and in line with company policies, covering tickets, packages, holidays, visas, insurance, car rental, and more
• Processes reservations, travel bookings, and modifications for walk-in and calling customers and agents; issues tickets and finalizes all travel arrangements through the system
• Implements cross-selling techniques to promote company products and services and achieve individual sales targets
• Follows up on all updates and new products or systems introduced by the company to maintain strong knowledge of Fly Jinnah’s services
• Contributes to maximizing sales and profitability by selling ancillaries, insurance, holiday packages, visas, and air rewards; educates customers on promotions and campaigns
• Establishes contact with current and potential customers to build trust and credibility; participates in outdoor promotions and sales blitz activities
• Responds to and resolves all customer inquiries and complaints across visits, calls, and emails, maintaining a positive brand image
• Handles all customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Coordinates with the airport team and visa check team on check-in procedures and formalities
• Notifies customers of flight changes such as delays or cancellations
• Processes and monitors visa applications and cancellations through the proper channel
• Maintains company property such as publications, brochures, equipment, and the office/waiting area in good condition
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Management or equivalent
• Additional qualification in Aviation/IATA/Tourism is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of English
• Acceptable knowledge of airline/travel products and services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work long hours and under pressure
  
  

Work Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in Travel/Airline or Tourism
• Fresh graduates may also be considered if they demonstrate the required competencies
