ABOUT THE ROLE
COLABS is looking for a sharp, highly organised, and self-driven individual to join the CEO's office as a Founder's Associate. This role blends executive operations with real business exposure - from managing a demanding calendar and coordinating cross-border travel, to preparing briefing notes, tracking key initiatives, and supporting the CEO across COLABS' Pakistan and KSA operations.
The ideal candidate is someone early in their career who is hungry to learn how a high-growth company is built, can operate with discretion and speed, and communicates flawlessly in both written and spoken English. This is not a stepping stone - it's a launchpad.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Calendar & Schedule Management
- Own and manage the CEO's calendar end-to-end via Google Calendar
- Prioritise, schedule, and protect the CEO's time ruthlessly
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across time zones
- Prepare daily / weekly schedule briefs for the CEO
- Anticipate conflicts and proactively resolve scheduling clashes
Executive Operations & Coordination
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up action trackers
- Coordinate across internal teams on behalf of the CEO
- Track progress on key CEO priorities and flag delays
- Manage confidential correspondence with discretion
- Draft emails and communications in the CEO's voice when required
Travel & Logistics
- Arrange all domestic and international travel - flights, hotels, visas, ground transport
- Manage regular travel between Lahore and Riyadh for the CEO and visiting team members
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents and hospitality contacts
- Prepare comprehensive travel itineraries with no loose ends
- Handle last-minute changes quickly and calmly
Research & Strategic Support
- Conduct research on markets, companies, individuals ahead of key meetings
- Prepare decks and documents for investor and board-level conversations
- Support KSA expansion activities with research and coordination tasks
- Identify and flag relevant industry news and developments
- Assist with special projects as directed by the CEO
WHAT OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE LOOKS LIKE
- 0–3 years of experience in a professional or corporate environment, preferably startup
- Exceptional written and spoken English - this is non-negotiable
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Proficient in Google Suite - Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides
- Willing to work fully on-site
- Comfortable with frequent last-minute changes and able to stay composed under pressure
- Highest level of discretion and confidentiality
- Experience with project or task tracking tools (Notion, Trello, Asana etc.)
