We are looking for a seasoned editor who knows how to grab attention in under 3 seconds. You think in hooks, cuts, pace, and punchlines. You understand how stories unfold and exactly how to make people swipe or subscribe.

You’re fluent in the language of social and know how to shape content that performs beautifully without losing its craft. More than just a great editor, you're a leader who sets the benchmark for the team and is constantly looking for ways to innovate.

What You'll Do

• Drive Content Strategy: Lead and oversee high-impact video content designed for social and digital platforms, including organic short-form social, long-form social, and high-performing ads.
• Own the Narrative: Lead the storytelling approach across projects, refining narrative structures and enhancing emotional beats.
• Elevate Technical Quality: Deliver a clean, balanced sound mix and confidently use audio to support tone and story. Deliver a consistent, polished color grade for social/digital content, and mentor others on shot matching.
• Integrate Motion & VFX: Confidently weave complex motion graphics and VFX into your edits, knowing exactly when to execute them yourself and when to collaborate with specialized motion designers.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay on top of platform trends, audience behavior, and algorithm shifts—testing and learning to bring new techniques into your work naturally.
• Lead by Example: Work efficiently and set the standard for craft and storytelling across the wider team.
• Innovate with AI: Know how and when to use AI tools effectively to save time and push creative boundaries without compromising quality.
• Collaborate across Teams: Work alongside creatives, strategists, and social teams, contributing meaningful technical insights and translating feedback into refined creative outcomes.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 5 years of professional video editing experience.
• Expert-level fluency in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• A razor-sharp sense of storytelling, rhythm, and pacing with both visuals and audio.
• Proven social-first experience editing for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Snap, and YouTube.
• Proactive problem-solving: The ability to anticipate needs and solve problems without being asked, even under tight pressure.
• Team energy: You’re collaborative, positive, possess great communication skills, and love sharing your knowledge with others.
• Language skills: Fluency in English is a must (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Bonus points: Tell us if you have 2D/3D animation, directing, or filming skills.
• Remote autonomy: You're comfortable working remotely, following briefs, asking the right questions, and flagging any timing or scope concerns early.
