We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage and scale high-performing campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max for USA & Canada markets. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads automation, GMC (Google Merchant Center), GA4 tracking, conversion optimization, and performance troubleshooting for large-scale campaigns.


Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting US & Canadian audiences.
  • Manage Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Handle Google Merchant Center feeds, product diagnostics, feed optimization, and policy troubleshooting.
  • Improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates through data-driven optimization.
  • Monitor campaign learning phases, audience signals, geo-targeting, and budget scaling strategies.
  • Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking using Google Ads, GTM, and GA4.
  • Analyze low-conversion issues, funnel drop-offs, tracking gaps, and performance fluctuations.
  • Create remarketing and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and offers.
  • Generate performance reports with actionable insights and scaling recommendations.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads AI automation, Performance Max updates, and North American market trends.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of Google Ads experience.
  • Google Ads Certifications preferred.
  • Experience managing high-budget campaigns in USD markets.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, eCommerce, or student-focused platforms is a plus.
