Job Overview:
As an Operations Executive at ChatPandas, you'll manage day-to-day operational tasks including workforce management, scheduling, and record-keeping. You'll track project progress and coordinate staff, working closely with the Operations Manager and Associate Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule: Evening shift, 5 days/week
Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 80,000
As an Operations Executive at ChatPandas, you'll manage day-to-day operational tasks including workforce management, scheduling, and record-keeping. You'll track project progress and coordinate staff, working closely with the Operations Manager and Associate Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee workforce scheduling and evaluate staffing levels for operational efficiency
- Support daily operations, monitor project progress, and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate, organized records and documentation
- Collaborate with management and facilitate cross-team communication
- Use data analysis to identify trends and propose process improvements
- Engage in ongoing professional development
- Experience in operations within a BPO or similar environment
- Strong organizational and data analysis skills
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Schedule: Evening shift, 5 days/week
Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 80,000
