Our client Grab tech Solution is hiring a Google Ads Specialist/Performance Marketer in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to ensure successful delivery against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze and optimize ad performance using data insights and feedback to enhance ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Create compelling ad copies and visuals that align with brand messaging and objectives.
- Monitor and adjust bidding strategies for optimal budget utilization.
- Generate and analyze performance reports to present actionable insights and drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and designers, to optimize landing pages and enhance ad performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and Google Ads.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 6–10 years of experience in Google Ads management and performance marketing.
- Proven track record of managing PPC campaigns and demonstrating strong ROI results.
- In-depth understanding of Google Ads, including Search, Display, Video, and Shopping campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads certification is required.
- Experience with additional PPC platforms such as Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Bing Ads is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
