What You Will Do

  • Participate in structured training and on-the-job learning across assigned business functions.
  • Support project teams in planning, execution, documentation, and reporting activities.
  • Assist in data analysis, customer presentations, and business improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and customer outcomes.
  • Learn Ericsson technologies, products, processes, and ways of working.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and compliance with Ericsson policies.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks while continuously developing technical and professional competencies.

Skills You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration. Ideal to have an MBA degree.
  • 0-1 year of total experience
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse and cross-functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications, cloud technologies, or digital solutions is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis or programming tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and committed to continuous learning and innovation.
