As Edversity scales its programs, campaigns, events, communities, and partnerships, we are looking for a creative and reliable Graphic Designer to join our marketing team.

Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visuals for Edversity’s social media, paid ads, program campaigns, events, webinars, partnerships, and brand communication.
This role is ideal for someone who has a good design sense, understands social media creatives, can work quickly, and is comfortable creating clean, modern, and engaging designs for a fast-growing edtech brand.
You will work with the marketing team, content team, video editor, sales team, and program team to turn ideas into strong visuals that support Edversity’s campaigns and student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, and thumbnails
• Create creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, and website use
• Design visuals for program launches, webinars, workshops, hackathons, student stories, instructor promotions, and partnership announcements
• Create paid ad creatives for Meta campaigns and lead generation campaigns
• Design speaker cards, event posts, certificates, banners, posters, and basic event branding material
• Create multiple design variations for campaigns when required
• Maintain consistency in Edversity’s visual style across all platforms
• Work with the content team to convert ideas, hooks, and captions into strong designs
• Revise designs based on feedback quickly and professionally
• Organize design files, templates, and brand assets properly
• Support urgent creative requirements during program launches and events

• Good sense of layout, typography, color, spacing, and visual balance
• Experience designing social media posts, carousels, ads, and event creatives
• Ability to create clean, modern, and professional designs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Able to understand briefs and deliver designs on time
• Open to feedback and quick revisions
• Strong attention to detail
• Interested in education, technology, startups, AI, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, or youth development
• Able to work from office in Islamabad
