Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Research and build a qualified prospect list of potential clients across target markets — US, UK, EU, and MENA
Write and send personalised cold outreach emails that generate replies and interest in our software services
Execute multi-step email sequences: cold email, follow-up, value-add, and booking a discovery call

A/B test subject lines and email copy to continuously improve open and reply rates
Log all outreach activity in CRM, track lead status, and hand off warm leads to the BD team
Prepare a weekly report covering emails sent, open rate, reply rate, and calls booked
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in email outreach, cold emailing, or B2B lead generation
Excellent written English — clear, concise, and persuasive
Hands-on experience with outreach tools such as Apollo.io, Lemlist, Instantly, or Hunter.io
Ability to research companies and personalise messaging beyond simple mail-merge
Comfortable using a CRM such as HubSpot or Pipedrive
•
Prior experience at a software house or IT company is a strong plus
•
Understanding of custom software, mobile apps, or SaaS development services is preferred
