About The Position

We are looking for an experienced and engaged Professional Sales Head, who is ready for a new challenge of servicing the restaurant, hotel, bakery and canteen industry within a highly compelling and dynamic environment.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will lead the growth of Flora Food Group’s Food Service (HoReCa & bakery) business in Pakistan by driving expansion of the spreads and ingredients portfolio into the Out-of-Home channel.

What You Will Do

  • Search and explore opportunities for rapid penetration and profitable growth within the ‘’Out of Home Channel’’ across Pakistan
  • Lead product forecasting and drive profitable growth across all Food Service sub-channels
  • Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships in executing customer plans aligned to the business targets
  • Rationalize trade spend on current and new customers; and ensure all distributor orders are submitted on time to reflect agreed forecasts
  • Continuously evaluate opportunities for addition of value-added products including but not limited to industrial and bakery fats & creams
  • Lead the understanding of competitor activity within the channel and regularly report into the Sales Head & relevant stakeholders on changes in competitor behaviour
  • Responsible for achieving sales growth of channel by developing and expanding sales of food ingredients to existing and new customers within the food sector in the Pakistan and Export.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

  • Master’s degree with strong track record (8 - 10 years) in a similar role with exposure across Sales, Customer Marketing and Customer Management.
  • Relevant experience in development &/expansion of HORECA channel within Food Service; Out of Home channel experience, preferably in dairy applications
  • Demonstrated account management experience and customer-focused attitude
  • Strong negotiation skills and with demonstrated commercial acumen and cross-functional capabilities
  • Very strong work ethic, resilience in the face of pressure, and a good team player
  • Effective communication, strong organisation skills and “people skills”
  • A willingness to perform in a role that covers a broad spectrum of responsibilities – both hands on and strategic
