Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and government sectors.
- Promote PEW's engineering products and manufacturing solutions to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with technical and production teams to meet customer requirements.
- Participate in tenders, bidding processes, and pre-qualification submissions.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA will be considered an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Industrial Sales, Engineering Sales, or Manufacturing Sales.
- Experience in heavy fabrication, steel structures, engineering equipment, construction materials, or industrial machinery is preferred.
- Knowledge of tender documentation and procurement procedures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings.
