Head of Talent Acquisition - All Things HR

Our client All Things HR is hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition in Lahore.

• Develop and execute the organization's Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and future hiring needs.
  
  

• Drive executive search and critical leadership hiring across the organization.
• Build robust talent pipelines for key business and technical roles.
  
  

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment across corporate, manufacturing, engineering, commercial, and leadership functions.
• Optimize hiring through ATS, recruitment analytics, and market insights.
  
  

• Lead employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Build strategic partnerships with universities, industry networks, and external recruitment partners.
  
  

• Mentor and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
• Track recruitment KPIs, enhance candidate experience, and drive continuous improvement.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, etc.) will be an advantage.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years leading Talent Acquisition at a senior level in a large, fast-paced organization.
• Proven experience hiring across manufacturing, engineering, corporate, commercial, technical, and leadership functions, with expertise in executive search and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of employer branding, recruitment transformation, talent mapping, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics to drive hiring excellence.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing Talent Acquisition teams.
