Health and Safety Engineer

Job description:

Job Objective This position is responsible for implementing factory Environment, Occupational Health and Safety(HSE) policy by assessing HSE risks and providing technical solutions. Along with the effective implementation of the HSE policy, this position requires to nurture a culture where everyone identifies HSE as their direct responsibility; thereby complying with all CCI and TCC HSE standards, obligations, rules and regulations. Main Responsibilities Follow the organization's HSandE policies, procedures and mandatory instructions, to identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to the wellbeing of oneself and others in the workplace. Identify patterns of risky behavior within the team and take appropriate action to resolve these, escalating serious issues as appropriate.
