HR Generalist / HR Manager (HighVolume Recruitment)

Position: HR Generalist / HR Manager
Location: Karachi, DHA
Work Format: Full-time, office-based
Experience Required: 2–4 Years

1. Position Summary
The key priority for this position is to ensure that the business maintains the required staffing levels and a stable employee headcount, with a particularly strong focus on recruitment. The person will be responsible for both mass recruitment and selected professional positions, while also managing the core HR processes for our Pakistan operation.

2. Key Responsibilities
• Managing high-volume recruitment, primarily for call center / sales operators and couriers.
• Building and maintaining a stable candidate pipeline through job boards, social media, referrals, local sourcing and alternative recruitment channels.
• Managing the full recruitment funnel from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and successful employee start dates.
• Monitoring recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, conversion rates, candidate drop-off and show-up rates.
• Ensuring required staffing levels and reacting quickly to shortages and employee turnover.
• Recruiting selected specialist and support positions when required.
• Organizing onboarding and initial employee adaptation.
• Monitoring attendance, employee discipline, absences and employee exits.
• Working closely with Sales, Logistics and local management on staffing requirements.
• Introducing simple and practical HR processes and reporting.
• Taking ownership of day-to-day HR matters in the Pakistan office.

3. Work Schedule
• Working Days: Monday to Friday.
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

4. Candidate Profile
• 2–4 years of experience in HR and/or recruitment.
• Proven experience in mass / high-volume recruitment — this is essential.
• Experience recruiting call center, sales, delivery, field or other high-volume operational roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment funnels, sourcing channels and recruitment metrics.
• Ability to maintain a consistent candidate flow rather than relying only on incoming applications.
• Experience working independently as an HR Generalist, HR Manager or standalone HR professional.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and relatively unstructured environment.
• Strong ownership, execution speed and ability to make decisions independently.
• Good working English.
