HR Generalist - Phoenix Coderex

Our client Phoenix Coderex is hiring a HR Generalist in Lahore.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates with hiring managers.
• Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management support.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and HR reporting.
• Support employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a software house or IT company.
• Hands-on experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS/ATS platforms is an advantage.
