We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary basis HR Officer for our client to join their Human Resources team. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, policy development, and the maintenance of personal files. In addition, the role will oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Our Client location is in DHA Phase 6, Karachi. Timing 09:30am to 05:30pm daily. Saturday and Sunday off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee personal files and records, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accurate salary disbursements and compliance with wage regulations.
  • Track employee attendance, ensuring accurate records and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and provide support for staff morale.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain up-to-date HR records.
  • Provide support in resolving employee queries and concerns.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of training and development programs.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
