Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell relevant products and services to existing customers
- Collaborate with various teams within the bank to ensure seamless customer experience
- Actively participate in branch activities and events to promote the bank's offerings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and transactions
- Contribute to the achievement of branch and team sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
