- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Formulate and draft comprehensive HR policy documents, including Employee Handbooks, Code of Conduct, Attendance and Leave frameworks, and Performance Review guidelines.
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recruitment, onboarding, probation evaluation, and offboarding.
- Ensure all company policies align with Pakistan labor laws and modern agency culture standards.
- Source high-caliber talent (performance marketers, creative leads, developers, and account managers) through industry networks.
- Design candidate evaluation frameworks and delegate initial phone screenings and administrative coordination to the HR Assistant.
- Lead secondary and final interview rounds, salary negotiations, and offer closing.
- Manage, train, and supervise the HR Assistant, ensuring accurate administrative tasks, leave tracking, and document archiving.
- Oversee monthly attendance and payroll data compilation for finance approval.
- Advise executive management on talent strategy, team structure, and retention.
- Proven experience drafting HR policies, manuals, or SOPs in a previous role.
- Prior HR experience within a digital marketing, advertising, or tech/creative agency.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of HR documentation, labor compliance, and policy writing.
- Ability to build systems and delegate daily administrative tasks to an assistant.
