Summary

You will provide comprehensive HR services and administrative support for our operations in Pakistan. You will drive the local talent strategy, manage the full employee lifecycle, and ensure that all office administrative processes run efficiently and remain cost-effective.


What you'll do

The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his/her superior:


Human Resources Management


  • Employee Lifecycle: You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, and offboarding.
  • Performance & Talent: You will partner with leaders to implement talent reviews, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Payroll & Admin: You will manage the monthly payroll administration and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Compliance: You will ensure all HR policies align with Pakistan’s labor laws and corporate guidelines.
  • Engagement: You will develop and implement HR plans to drive employee engagement and a positive company culture.


Administration


  • Office Management: You will oversee office maintenance and safety to ensure a functional workspace.
  • Vendor Relations: You will negotiate contracts with service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, catering).
  • Travel & Expatriates: You will manage travel arrangements and support expatriates with work permits and TRCs.



What you'll need

  • University graduate in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources.
  • You are well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and related labour legislation of Pakistan. Independent, detail minded and self-motivated with great initiative.
  • You are proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and ideally have experience with SAP.
  • Basic finance and accounting skills are an advantage.
  • You possess professional English language proficiency (spoken and written).
  • You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
