Job Specifications:

Experience: 0 - 1 Years

Timing: 12PM - 8PM

Location: On-site, Phase 8, DHA, Lahore

What you’ll be working on:

• Support the onboarding experience for new joiners by delivering orientation sessions, coordinating induction meetings, handling orientation assessments, and maintaining onboarding data.
• Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, including wellness drives, birthday and work anniversary celebrations, townhalls, annual events, and offsite gatherings.
• Conduct employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, compile results, and share insights with the HR Lead for action planning. 
• Assist in developing and maintaining the company-wide training calendar, ensuring alignment with business and employee needs under the guidance of the Team Lead.
• Support the Training Need Analysis (TNA) process by collecting feedback, identifying skill gaps, and coordinating targeted training sessions. 
• Manage logistics for trainings, including scheduling, invites, material, and pre- and post-assessment preparation, attendance tracking, and gathering feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records, including attendance sheets and assessment scores.
• Assist in maintaining the company's career page and collaborate with the marketing team to promote employer branding through employee testimonials, culture posts, and hiring success stories.
• Assist in coordinating the company’s participation in job fairs and university career events.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the company's Summer Internship Program, including application management, scheduling, communication, and feedback collection.
• Support the implementation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives by assisting in awareness campaigns, workshops, and engagement activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support on HR projects and internal people initiatives as assigned.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Team Lead as needed.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to planning and managing multiple activities simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of training coordination, employer branding, and DEI concepts.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
