Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Personnel to manage key HR functions including Recruitment, Training & Development, and HR Operations. The ideal candidate should be able to handle end-to-end HR activities and contribute to building an efficient and productive work environment.
Location: 5th Road, Rawalpindi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Design and implement Training & Development programs to enhance employee performance
Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee records
Support in policy implementation and HR compliance
Assist in employee engagement and performance management activities
Maintain HR databases and generate reports when required
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR needs
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR (Recruitment, Training & Development, and Operations)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently
Good understanding of HR policies and practices
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
