As a Human Resources Intern, you will support the HR department in managing employee records, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and other core HR functions. Responsibilities
- Assist with HR operations and maintain accurate employee records
- Support the recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
- Coordinate employee onboarding and engagement activities
- Help organize training sessions and internal HR events
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Basic understanding of Human Resources and HR operations
