PRIME BPO is looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates with strong knowledge of search engine optimization, website performance, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies who want to build a long-term career in a professional and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities
• Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures
• Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting website performance and search engine visibility
• Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall SEO performance
• Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve search visibility
• Develop and execute link-building and backlink acquisition strategies
• Collaborate with content writers and other teams to ensure SEO-friendly content creation
• Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools
• Identify and resolve indexing, crawling, technical, and website optimization issues
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, industry best practices, and emerging tools
• Continuously test and implement strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings
• Meet assigned SEO targets and contribute to overall digital growth
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in SEO (Mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or an equivalent field
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with keyword research and SEO tools
• Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Understanding of website structure, HTML, URLs, metadata, and basic technical SEO concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze SEO data and convert insights into actionable strategies
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with other teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SEO tasks
• Candidates must be comfortable working 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
