Inbound Marketing Specialist
Krank
About the Job About Krank Krank is changing the way heavy equipment is traded globally. Krank's enterprise B2B SaaS tools range from marketplaces, auction technology and AI driven inspections.
Backed by global investors and with leading international blue-chip clients, Krank's quickly growing and looking for the best talent to join its team.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an Inbound Marketing Specialist to own and drive organic growth across Krank's product suite. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, ideal for someone who understands B2B SaaS growth, can build an inbound engine from content to conversion, is familiar with AI and automation platforms to scale, and is comfortable operating across multiple marketing functions simultaneously. Your primary focus will be inbound: running the content, SEO, community, webinar, and lifecycle email sequences that attract and nurture qualified pipeline. This is not a pure writing role and not a pure marketing-automation role. You will produce video, host webinars, and build community alongside the content and email work. You'll work closely with the Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to tell the Krank story in the market.
Key Responsibilities I
Inbound & Organic Growth (Primary Focus)
• Own the editorial calendar and produce content end to end. This will include long form articles, Krank and Inspeq blog sections, organic LinkedIn, and thought leadership posts targeting decision-makers in field operations, compliance, and inspection-heavy industries.
• Own on-page SEO and use search data to prioritize topics and optimize existing pages.
• Plan and run webinars end to end: promotion, hosting, and follow-up.
• Build and engage Krank's community across LinkedIn and other owned channels.
• Develop content around live broadcasts and industry events and turn each into a stream of follow-up assets.
• Track inbound metrics (organic traffic, engagement, email-driven conversions) and report on pipeline contribution.
Video & Repurposing
• Produce and repurpose video content including clips, recaps, short-form social cuts, and webinar highlights without dependence on a production team.
• Repurpose content across formats (long-form → social posts → email snippets → video) to maximize reach and efficiency.
Lifecycle & Email
• Own newsletters and nurture/lifecycle sequences in HubSpot: onboarding, re engagement, and product education.
• Segment audiences, write the copy, send, and report against pipelines, not just open rates.
• Support the creation of inbound enablement collateral: one-pagers, case studies, and landing-page copy.
Positioning & Strategy
• Conduct competitor and market research to sharpen messaging and identify differentiation opportunities.
• Contribute to Krank's and Inspeq's overall brand positioning and messaging framework.
• Monitor market trends in field operations, SaaS, and AI to inform content and campaign direction.
• Collaborate with Product to translate feature updates into compelling market-facing narratives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in an inbound, content, or organic-growth role, preferably in B2B SaaS or a tech-forward environment across multiple channels, not content alone.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience running webinars or live events (please share examples).
• Hands-on video experience content you've produced or repurposed (please share portfolio or video links).
• Experience building or managing a community (LinkedIn, Slack, forum, events, or similar).
• Hands-on lifecycle/email marketing experience; familiarity with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot a strong plus).
• Strong copywriting skills to create clear, persuasive, audience-aware copy for content, social, and email with SEO and AIO fundamentals.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple workstreams without heavy oversight.
• Data-driven mindset: able to read campaign analytics, draw conclusions, and act on them quickly.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Note: Applications should show evidence across at least three of these areas. Content-only or automation-only profiles won't be a fit.
Good to Have
• Experience in marketing inspection, compliance, field operations, or workflow based SaaS products.
• Exposure to AI-assisted content creation and marketing workflows.
• Basic understanding of SEO and performance marketing.
• Basic design and video editing comfort (Canva or similar tools) to ship without queuing for a designer.
• Experience working in an early-stage or growth-stage startup environment.
If you thrive in a fast-moving product environment and want to build the inbound engine for a category-defining inspection platform, we'd love to hear from you.
